Architecture inspired by nature

The distinctive mountain-modern homes of CDA National are beautifully attuned to the natural splendor of the Idaho Panhandle. Reflecting a signature architectural vernacular that draws from the Pacific Northwest, the custom homes merge native wood and stone with metal, structural steel and glass—artful compositions that resonate with those who desire the clean lines, sophistication, and natural light- and air-filled spaces of a more contemporary aesthetic.

Fairway Lodges

Presenting a new collection of private residences by Dzign Group Architecture and Morrison Interiors situated along the 17th fairway of CDA National's private championship golf course. These 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom homes erase the line between indoor living and the great outdoors with soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. A chef’s kitchen and great room connect seamlessly to indoor and outdoor dining space for gathering with friends and family. Light-filled rooms, primary suites and private terraces embrace golf and forest views. Fairway Lodges are available in one- and two-story designs ranging from 2,955 SF to just under 3,500 SF. Reservations for this exceptional collection of residences open in July.
